Crystallization

Christ crystallizes.

I think that’s the bottom line. Obviously, if you don’t put your faith in Him, that statement can be true for you in a completely different way than it is for me. But it is true – spending time in prayer and praise effects a certain kind of abiding peace that can hardly be grasped by the mind, much less expressed by words.

I’m thankful for the many ways in which God has blessed me, not least the way He has been an active force in my life, drawing me near to Him – redeeming and sanctifying me.

Our time on this earth is too short to be shy about what really matters; even shorter for those who don’t even consider what really does matter.

My prayer is this:

Falling on my knees in worship
Giving all I am to seek your face
Lord all I am is yours

My whole life
I place in your hands
God of Mercy
Humbled I bow down
In your presence at your throne

I called you answered
And you came to my rescue and I
I wanna be where you are

In my life be lifted high
In our world be lifted high
In our love be lifted high
